Pasta Salad

This is a great, chilled salad you can make to last for a couple days, and since it's pasta, it's also very filling while being very healthy for you.

These are your basic ingredients:

3 cups pasta of your choice (usually rotinni)
1 cup Italian dressing
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper

Directions:

Boil your pasta and while it cools down, finely chop up the red and green pepper into small sized pieces, which adds flavour to the salad, and mix it in. Then, add in the Italian dressing, which you can vary to your taste, although just adding enough to make it all a bit wet is good enough.

This salad is also good for making your own personal variations, such as what vegetables and fruit you want to add. Cucumber is also good to add in, I've found, alongside the red and green pepper, and of course, there's always mushrooms. Whole wheat rotinni is also the best and most filling for this salad, so find some at your local grocery store.

Chill overnight in the fridge, and then serve.
